Live Assistant Pro Sales History
When you finish an FB Live, you're tired of being ON for your customers, and we get it!! Then you realize you need to order to convert those claims into actual sales.
Sales History shows per live the items claimed by customers and who else is on the waitlist. Set ship/pickup and shipping costs, change the item description and price, delete the item, and make an item free.
If someone passes or you delete an item in Sales History, we automatically pass it to the next in line. You can export sales to a spreadsheet, export unclaimed inventory into an inventory sheet, add new items, and go live again.
Checkout. Assistant allows you to add your own Square account, verify shipping cost and tax, then hit Send Order and have the order delivered instantly via email and Facebook Messenger. Customers checkout, and you get paid in your Square Account, saving hours after the live and increasing sales.
Live Commenting
LIVE Commenting automatically captures all comments during your LIVES in real-time. You can search for customer comments, item numbers, customer requests, and more during and after the FB Live easily.
As LIVE Commenting records in real-time, an assistant can watch LIVE Commenting and quickly follow, search and review the total Live in real-time. Facebook is difficult to impossible to check past comments during and even after the live has been completed.
Clicking on the Medals next to the Search Bar will show just the BOT comments (as shown) so that it's effortless for an assistant to track claims without worrying about Facebook's issues with scrolling limitations.
