Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. Must be unworn, with tags on. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Your Loyalty Card

Below is your Loyalty Card. It will record all of your purchases from Kelly Faught. When you make a purchase, just open this card up in your web browser and hand it to Kelly. They will record the purchases on your card. They can also record your purchases remotely as well, and they will show up here.

Your Gift Option

Your card will get punched for each valid purchase. When your card fills completely, a gift will show up in the bottom left corner signifying you earned the below listed gift. Your card will then reset for additional purchases.

When you see Kelly Faught again, you can redeem your gift in person or contact them to redeem remotely.

RETURN POLICY:
I make one round of exchanges for each new style you bought from me (not from any other LLR rep, eBay, other websites, etc.). When you exchange an item please click on this link http://bit.ly/lularoekellyfaughtsupport before sending your exchange. We prefer that you exchange your returns, but we can do a refund if you'd rather do that.
The tags MUST be attached, and items must be in brand new condition (i.e. no deodorant stains, smells of smoke, perfumes, worn or faded areas, etc.). Anything sent back to me needs to be out the door (meaning postmarked) within 7 DAY OF RECEIPT based on the tracking numbers the post office gives to me. I have to keep my inventory fresh and seasonal! Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that you send it tracked, just as I send out your items. Should it arrive damaged I can not take it back.
I offer a 30 day credit from the day that I receive it, which can be used toward the purchase of my inventory.
