Kimono: Hand wash ONLY, wring me out, then roll me carefully in a towel & hang to dry.

Dresses/Skirts/Tops: Wash me inside out on cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Hang to dry.

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. Must be unworn, with tags on. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Your Loyalty Card

Below is your Loyalty Card. It will record all of your purchases from Lora Hull. When you make a purchase, just open this card up in your web browser and hand it to Lora. They will record the purchases on your card. They can also record your purchases remotely as well, and they will show up here.

Your Gift Option

Your card will get punched for each valid purchase. When your card fills completely, a gift will show up in the bottom left corner signifying you earned the below listed gift. Your card will then reset for additional purchases.

When you see Lora Hull again, you can redeem your gift in person or contact them to redeem remotely.

I want you to love your LuLaRoe pieces as much as I love every piece I own! So, I am happy to accept items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags still attached and free of smoke, pet, or other potentially bothersome odors. Credit will be issued within 10 business days of delivery for the original purchase price. Promotional discounts and original shipping costs are not eligible for return credit. Limited edition or seasonal products and promotions may be subject to alternate policies. Mystery items and pre-orders are not returnable. Return shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased with return credit will be charged actual shipping and are not eligable for shipping discounts.

ANY REQUESTS WITHOUT AN INVOICE NUMBER INCLUDED WILL BE DENIED
