Kimono: Hand wash ONLY, wring me out, then roll me carefully in a towel & hang to dry.
Dresses/Skirts/Tops: Wash me inside out on cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Hang to dry.
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. Must be unworn, with tags on. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Below is your Loyalty Card. It will record all of your purchases from Dana Jackson. When you make a purchase, just open this card up in your web browser and hand it to Dana. They will record the purchases on your card. They can also record your purchases remotely as well, and they will show up here.
Your card will get points for each valid purchase. When your card fills completely, a gift will show up in the bottom left corner signifying you earned the below listed gift. Your card will then reset for additional purchases.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If a productive is defective, you may return it within 30 days with the original purchase receipt to receive an exchange, credit, or refund. You may return it within 6 months with the original receipt of purchase for an exchange or credit. Buyer is not responsible for shipping costs.
