Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges. Fill out the form below to request a exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, your credit will show in the exchange icon on your Loyalty Card.

For your exchange to be approved the items must be in new condition with tags attached.  Mystery items, free giveaway items, and special capsule item sales are final and cannot be returned.

You MUST include the order number from your receipt in the reason for exchange section of the exchange form.  Orders missing this information will not be approved.
