Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges. Fill out the form below to request an exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, your credit will show in the exchange icon on your Loyalty Card. You have 30 days to use it. It cannot be used on capsules, preorders, limited styles, anything new within 72 hours.

Any roffdollars used will be void and no new dollars can be applied.
