Unsolicited messages, spam or phishing email or text messages, or any fraud or intimidation attempts are not tolerated on LoyalShops services.

Please report any abuse of LoyalShop services immediately to support@loyalshops.com or 949-614-5650. Please include or be ready to inform LoyalShops of the details of the concern, contents of any concerning content, and content delivery timing.

Unsubscribing from Emails

At any time, a customer can unsubscribe from emails. At the bottom of all LoyalShops Emails is an Unsubscribe button. Clicking on that button will ask for your email, and we will look up your email for any lists you are on in our service. You can then choose to unsubscribe from any list you wish or unsubscribe from all. It may be possible you are subscribed for LoyalShops services with multiple emails, so you may wish to check this service with other emails you use if you continue to receive email messages after unsubscribing. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@loyalshops.com with your issue. Please include any email addresses you usually use, so we can more thoroughly ensure you are unsubscribed from our services. Opting Out of Text Messages

You can reply to any messages delivered by the LoyalShops Text Messaging Service with STOP or STOP ALL. If you have any further issues with Text Messaging, please reach out to us at support@loyalshops.com with your concern. Please include the phone number you are receiving messages on to ensure your number is opted out from the user that contacted you with our texting services. Enforcement of LoyalShops Unsolicited Messages, Anti Spam & Anti Phishing Policy

LoyalShops Users agree to the Terms and Conditions when signing up for any LoyalShops subscription. Violations of any of our policies, including unsolicited messages, spam, phishing, or intimidating contact with others using these services or those reached by our services, are not acceptable. Violations of Loyalshops Policies may result in a warning up to and including termination of current and potentially future LoyalShops services.
