I know you are so excited to get your new Lularoe, I am just as excited for you to get it!  I try my best to ship all orders out the NEXT business day once it is paid. 

• By shopping with me and paying your order, you acknowledge that postal delays happen and I cannot process returns due to postal delays! 
• Your package will be shipped with standard default insurance, IF ANY. Additional insurance is available, you must notify me prior to invoicing, and you are responsible for the added cost. 

ALL order concerns and refund/exchange requests MUST be addressed via email at lularoebymaryosorio@gmail.com.

• I Accept Lularoe returns on FULL PRICED purcahses of mainline items with paid shipping, shipped back to me within 7 days of your purchase date of the item, provided they are returned in original new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of ALL ODORS and animal hair, with tags still attached.

Capsules, holiday and any special collections must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item.

• You must first notify me via email at lularoebymaryosorio@gmail.com to initiate a return and I will provide you with further information regarding shipping.
• I do not offer returns for print placement, if print placement is a concern please address this upon ordering. Postal delays are not a valid reason for a return.
• Items ordered through us from other retailers such as ISO’s and items in Mega link parties are purchased just for you! Returns will only be accepted on those if an item is incorrect or the item is damaged, in which case contact me via email.
